I'm in a really bad mood, all for like little reasons but it's making me sad and ugh, what should I do to make me feel better/cheer up?! It's like evening time, do you have a list of things that cheer you up? thanks so much x

sorrry i never got back to you on this!! my tumblr app on my phone isn’t letting me answer anons… 

ok so when I’m stressed or in a bad mood I need to just stop everything that I’m doing and relax. I normally try to like power through homework and stuff but it just makes me even more miserable. 

If I’m ever in a really bad mood going for a run or practicing a sport really relives me. Also having someone to text or call is great, but you don’t need someone to tell you its ok, just rant to them, tell them everything, i have a guy friend who i can just text and literally say everything thats shitty in my night and at the end he’ll just say you’re gonna be ok. Ranting is better than someone telling you things that you want to hear, trust me. I also like to organize or decorate or look at clothes, it gives me a sense of control i guess and its like the one thing that i can do that someones not going to mess with, no variables no problem. Lastly if I’m really bad its honestly so nice to just put on a sad playlist and just cry your heart out. It sounds ridiculous but its really nice to do.
